HASCO safety coupling Z80700/... - the new safety standard – now with angled hose connections
For plastics-processing companies, safe and reliable production is absolutely essential. HASCO continues to meet its customers' expectations in this respect with a safety version of its high-quality shut-off couplings.
The safety release is operated by a bayonet-type mount to prevent unintentional decoupling of the cooling system. Another advantage is that the sophisticated couplings have unrestricted compatibility with the classic HASCO cooling system.
The new couplings, which are angled at 90° and 45°, are exclusively available with a connecting thread in the nominal diameters of 9 and 13 mm. They lower the risk of damage to the hose at the connection points because the buckling stress is significantly reduced. The couplings are suitable for use with oil, water and air.
HASCO offers double safety with a combination of the couplings with the ready-to-assemble hydraulically pressed PTFE hose system Z856/... This hose is available either in a smooth version for long distances between the cooling unit and the injection moulding tool, or as corrugated hose for short flexible connections. High pressures and temperatures are no longer a problem with this full package solution – safe is safe.
