- Toolox33´s unique structure excels above the established DIN steel standards.
- Toolox33 has little tendency to distortion and displays high form stability, so tighter machining tolerances are possible.
- With 29 HRC, Toolox is a supplied fully hardened and tempered tool steel, making stress relief annealing or any other heat treatment unnecessary even after machining. Finish machining can follow rough machining in one process, just one clamp set up required.
- The ESR properties of the Toolox33 ensure that it has excellent polishing, etching and welding properties for high-quality surfaces.
