HASCO-Frictional puller Z 1721/..., simple and effective

Specially for use in 3-plate moulds, the new frictional puller Z 1721/... provides a low-cost alternative for pulling of stripper plates. The frictional force between the polyamide sleeve and the bore is used. Z 1721/... is a further development of the tried and tested predecessor Z 172/... .
The standardised assembly consists of just four parts whereby the plastic sleeve can be changed quickly and easily. The frictional puller offered in four sizes can be mounted into the mould in a space-saving manner. The shank can be shortened in order to suit design conditions. The axial forces can be adjusted on the machine using the adjustment screw with the mould open.

This relatively simple principle is not only suitable for pulling stripper plates, but also for suppressing and delaying fast movements to lessen the force of impact of separating surfaces or to avoid unsuitably high noise levels. This multi-purpose standard component offers many possible applications also in machine and jig construction.
