HASCO-Slide retainer Z 189/..., the absolute best holding device for your slides!

| Every mould designer is aware of the problem of securing slides in their end position with the mould open. Secure holding in the end position often present problems especially where heavy slides or slides running from top to bottom are concerned.
With the Z189/..., HASCO is now offering a standard part which designers have been waiting a long time for. Extensive and above all practice-orientated tests have shown that no signs of wear are detectable on this new slide fixture even after 100,000 movements when it is installed correctly. In comparison with other products on the market, the HASCO slide retainer operates with two carbide locking pins which guarantee a greater locking security. Another important advantage is the small size (e.g. minimum heights of 10, 12 and 16 mm). The exact installation in the mould is ensured by a shoulder screw. The screw must be fixed with safety varnish to prevent it from accidental loosening.
The area of application of this fixture is obviously not limited to injection moulding, pressing and die casting moulds but can also be used to advantage in machine and jig construction. The slide fixture Z189/... is pending a patent. This standard part is offered in three sizes and will soon be available ex stock world-wide.
