 | The Z 3310/... series of HASCO hot runner nozzles proven in practice has now been extended by the single nozzles Z 3410, Z 3440, Z 34201 and Z 34203.
The new nozzle types have an improved thermal conductivity. The proven nozzle heaters has been taken from the
Z 3310/... series and is protected by a mechanically stable, heat reflecting sleeve. The adapted coil density of the heater ensures an even heat profile along the melting channel.
A precise temperature control is achieved by the favourable arrangement of the Fe-CuNi thermocouples at the nozzle tip. The new single nozzles are offered in the following four versions:
- Z 3410/... with standard carbide tip
- Z 3440/... with open carbide tip
- Z 34201/... with copper beryllium torpedo tip
- Z 34203/... with carbide torpedo tip
This enables you to select the most suitable nozzle for the required application and the plastic compound to be processed.
