New Products Hot runner manifold block, offset single shot Hot runner manifold block, offset single shot The new HASCO hot runner manifold H4510/… is used when a single offset gating position is required without using complicated mould designs. The hot runner manifold is available in four standard dimensions covering a range of offset centres from 40 mm to 180 mm, and can be delivered ex stock. By the use of new vertically fixed steel diversion elements, the stress on the moulded material is minimised and dead spots in material flow avoided, allowing quick colour change possibilities. The H4510/… manifold is equipped with new flexible heating elements Z1138/... that can easily be changed during maintenance. The Z1138/… heaters are supplied straight and can be formed manually to suit, having a rectangular cross section for maximum heat-transfer into the manifold. They can be replaced quickly by the customer at their own premises in cases of mechanical damage. The offset single shot manifold is delivered completely mounted, including the suitable nozzle and sprue bush to suit the customers requirements.
