With the thermal insulating sheet Z1212/... HASCO introduces
a new part for regularapplications, i. e. in the middle range of
temperature and strain, offering a cost-saving alternative to the
approved premium quality Z121/... . This new thermal insulating
sheetconsists of a glass fibre bound high-temperature polymer
and is available as a plain sheet (Z1212/…) or with a central
clearance hole (Z1213/…). The range of sizes match the premium
quality Z121/....; but with one popular sheet thickness.

Despite the price advantage, the technical performance is still
impressive:

Compressive strength: 400 N/mm² at 20°C
Thermal conductivity: 0,18 W/mK at 20°C
Maximum temperature: 220°C

The new HASCO thermal insulating sheet has good chemical
resistance and is extremely resistantant against high temperatures.

With this HASCO product the benchmark is set in price-/performance ratio.
