At this year's Fakuma, HASCO once again convincingly highlighted its brand values of agility, innovation, simplicity and performance, putting the spotlight on the new HASCO digital solutions, in line with the company's claim of Enabling with System.
With a broad innovation portfolio, a large number of new options for simplifying and boosting the efficiency in tool and mouldmaking were presented. The 45-strong team of mould base and hot runner specialists from Germany and abroad presented numerous innovation highlights, such as the new pre-hardened steel, the locking cylinder for securely locking the piston rod, the colour-coded status indicator for injection moulds, the new manifold block for easy-to-configure flexible heating/cooling circuits and the intelligent hot half with a single needle valve …
As part of a joint project involving the active participation of HASCO, Horst Keller Werkzeugbau, Dr. Boy Spritzgießautomaten and the Reichle Technology Centre, the "Check Card" injection mould was developed and constructed especially for FAKUMA. This multifunction "Check Card" was produced live at the fair on the FARRAG Tech GmbH stand. Other HASCO moulds could be seen in action for a visiting card box and set square on the ONI-Wärmetrafo GmbH stand and for an ice scraper at Audia plastics sro.
Visitors to the HASCO trade fair stand also experienced a particularly lively programme with on-the-spot presentations of all the new products, current portal features and the new NX library, as well as an atmospheric Party.
HASCO's presence at the fair can be summed up as highly positive. Visitor interest in the innovative HASCO solutions remained at an especially high level over the full duration of the fair, with visitor numbers clearly exceeding those of the previous year. All in all, HASCO can look back proudly at the trade fair at Lake Constance and be delighted with the consistently convincing trade fair Outcome.
