HASCO in close dialogue with customers from France, Belgium and Switzerland
As a leading international supplier of modular standard parts and accessories for mouldmaking, HASCO maintains close contact with its customers over the national border. Regular national and international customer events play a part in this and always attract a great deal of interest.
Around 20 managers, mouldmakers and designers from eminent companies in France, Belgium and Switzerland accepted the invitation to this year's French Tour. On 7 June, they visited the head office in Lüdenscheid and were able to experience for themselves the HASCO brand values of innovation, agility, simplicity and performance.
After the introductory company presentation, the participants took a look at the innovative HASCO portal before going on a guided tour of the premises. Other highlights of the tour included the latest product innovations, a tour of the production facility with the focus on the latest production technologies, and a look at the specialist areas of hot runner technology, research and development, sales, prototyping, training workshop and logistics.
The tour was rounded off with a dinner for all the participants in the Schlosshotel Holzrichter and the opportunity to bring the day to a close by sharing their individual experiences and exchanging information.
Christian Willem, Managing Director, of the HASCO France subsidiary drew a positive balance at the end of the event: "We have been able to offer our customers an informative day with exciting topics and take up their ideas and wishes, enabling us to offer customer-oriented solutions in the future".
