HASCO spiral cores Z9611/…, Z9612/… now also of stainless steel

In mould making, conformal cooling is frequently required for cores. Spiral cores enable effective conformal cooling along the bore wall, thereby guarantee efficient heat transfer and homogeneous cooling of the cores.

Effective and homogeneous cooling of mould cores

HASCO’s proven range of plastic, aluminium and brass spiral cores, has now been extended by the quality material 1.4305. Because of its very good resistance to electrochemical corrosion, effective and homogeneous cooling is also possible in medical and clean-room technology. The high media resistance guarantees longer maintenance intervals and thus allows more efficient production of the plastic parts.

Exclusively from HASCO

The new stainless steel spiral cores Z9611/... as a single-threaded version and Z9612/... as a double-threaded version are available exclusively from HASCO. They complete the portfolio of spiral cores and round off the recently launched range of stainless steel cooling units.
