Dear HASCO customer,

The COVID-19 outbreak has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, causing huge impact on people's lives, families, communities and companies.

As the international response continues to develop, we know that all our customers are facing several potentially significant challenges to which they need to respond rapidly.

As a valued HASCO customer, your safety and wellbeing is our top priority. We want to personally share the steps we are taking to protect all customers and employees.

We are carefully monitoring the situation and following guidance from the World Health Organization and local authorities. We've always taken the cleanliness of our locations and products seriously. We know this is more important than ever. Aligned with guidance from health authorities, we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our locations and products.

Employee wellbeing is also a top priority. We are encouraging team members to follow health authority best practices like frequent hand washing.

In the upcoming weeks the visits of our Technical Sales Engineers will only happen after your request and risk evaluation. We will be in constant contact with you and support you in the best way via phone, email and other communication channels. You can also access our HASCO Portal 24/7.

It is with regret that we have made the very difficult decision to postpone all events in the next weeks.

Furthermore, we are as always focused on the fast and safe delivery of our products.  We have implemented many measures internally in production, technology, administration and logistics to guarantee the promised delivery times in the usual HASCO quality within the scope of our current options.

Now more than ever, we are reminded of the importance of cohesion and collaboration. You and we will also master the current challenge and come out of the crisis all stronger than before.
