How does the upload of the parts list into the HASCO online portal function?
By clicking on "to the Webshop" you can transfer the parts list. In the next step, you will be asked to enter your Webshop access data. After this, your standard browser will open and the products will be loaded into the shopping cart of the online portal. If you already have products in the cart, these will be added. You will then see at a glance your individual net prices together with information on availability.
What benefit do I have from the box "Position reference"?
If you enter an individual position reference in the parts list, it will be transferred together with the item number to the HASCO online portal and, on completion of the order, printed on the label of your package. This facilitates allocation of the orders when the goods arrive.
I can no longer find the parts list. How can I reset the display?
Under the menu item "settings", the display can be reset to the standard.
What can I do if, on sending the parts list by e-mail, an error message comes up?
Speak with your network in your IT department. Ports can be opened in the firewall or your own SMTP server can be used.
