Injection moulds are equipped with an ever-increasing number of functions for demoulding, measuring technology and temperature control. At the same time, however, the aim is to keep the moulds as compact as possible, so that production can be run on the smallest possible injection moulding machines. This means that hot runner systems must be more compact in order to fit into the smaller installation spaces available. Our small systems meet this requirement. Slim nozzles and small manifold blocks permit narrow pitch and minimise costs, especially with high cavity numbers.
