Material data at a glance

The starting material constitutes a key quality factor for HASCO standard components: high-quality tool steel from TOP European suppliers. We attach particular importance here to high-quality manufacture down to the very last detail, together with consistent product marking permitting traceability back to the origin.

Selecting the right material

The right material can be easily selected using the “Steel” tool in the HASCO App In parallel to the app, our steel poster also shows all the HASCO standard materials and a number of custom grades at a glance – from unalloyed structural steel, via corrosion-resistant, pre-tempered tool steels and high-alloy hot working steels, right through to dimensionally stable, pre-hardened materials. All the key information is clearly presented in a table: material number, abbreviated name, chemical analysis, strength, working hardness, properties and uses. QR codes provide access to more detailed information. The complete material data sheet for the material in question can be readily called up on a smartphone.
