The HASCO French Tour – in dialogue with customers from France, Belgium and Switzerland

As an internationally leading supplier of modular standard components and accessories for mouldmaking, HASCO maintains close contact with its customers from over the border.

On 27 April, around 20 management employees, mouldmakers and designers from eminent companies in France, Belgium and Switzerland visited the company’s headquarters in Lüdenscheid on the HASCO French Tour. Customer tours of this type are organised on a regular basis for both national and international customers and always prove to be very popular.

After an introductory presentation on the company, the HASCO team gave a demonstration of the innovative HASCO portal and the possibilities offered by the new mould specification. The French Tour then went on a guided visit of the company. On the programme were a presentation of the latest product innovations, a visit to the production department focusing on the latest production techniques for mould bases, and a look at the following specialist departments: hot runner technology, research and development, sales, prototyping, the training workshop and logistics.

The tour was rounded off by a concluding dinner at the Schlosshotel Holzrichter. Making the most of each other’s company, participants once again took the opportunity to share their individual experiences and exchange information.

Geoffrey Wissler, a technical salesman at HASCO, says: “It was a good, exciting and successful day. Our guests found it very interesting to gain insight into our work and to see how we put innovation, agility, simplicity and performance into practice. The most important aspect, however, is engaging in dialogue. Finding out what our customers would like. We can then take up their wishes and come up with new possibilities.”
