New HASCO plate P1 - Simply precise and rapidly available

HASCO's P1 plate meets the requirements of present-day mouldmaking

With its new P1/... plate, machined on all sides, HASCO ensures that mouldmakers benefit from the maximum possible flexibility and cost efficiency in the production of injection moulds. As a contemporary answer to the requirements of present-day mouldmaking, the new P1 plate marks a consistent further development of the HASCO plate range in respect of optimum quality, availability and cost efficiency.

Precision and quality

The new P1 is noted for its precision and surface finish. All the plates are produced in high-quality European steel, with a parallelism of 0.02/100 mm and a peak to valley height of Rz 10 µm. Customers also benefit from an optimised processing allowance as well as from tolerances that are coordinated with the latest production techniques for mouldmaking.

Maximum availability – stress-relieved

In addition to the quality of its plates, HASCO attaches special importance to ensuring their maximum possible availability. Several thousand stress-relieved P1 plates are kept permanently in stock. Guaranteeing very short delivery times.
