HASCO with a clearly extended product range

International mouldmaking is subject to constant change. More complex shapes, more demanding moulds and increasing competition constitute to ever greater challenges. HASCO responds to market requirements in this respect, constantly aligning its own product portfolio to its customers' needs.

The leading manufacturer of standard mould components has now considerably extended its product range. More than 500 new variants of existing standard components and accessories have been added to the 25 product groups in the company's product range, which takes in more than 100,000 individual parts. Mouldmakers can thus have even more comprehensive recourse to HASCO solutions, employing standard in-stock parts for a large number of applications. This makes an essential contribution to optimising costs, boosting productivity, improving quality and increasing competitiveness.

The extensions to the HASCO product range in detail: guide pillars are now available with a new guide diameter of 52 mm. The corresponding bearings are now similarly supplied in a standard and a maintenance-free version, for plates in a thickness of up to 246 mm. Centring sleeves are available in additional lengths of up to 320 mm, and the Z98 O ring standard range has been extended by 47 new variants. Longer ejector pins, up to 800 mm, shorter ejector sleeves to avoid unnecessary material trim, cooling elements in the main inch sizes and further intermediate sizes have been added to the overall product range.

In future too, HASCO will be extending its product portfolio to meet customer and market needs and will be offering mouldmakers additional advantages through further standardisation.
